This notice describes the public SCANiD Systems Pvt. Ltd. website and Iris website guide. For a particular school’s student-information practices, please contact that institution and SCANiD about its deployed system.

Contact and demonstration enquiries

The contact form asks for your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, institution, city, role, solution interests and optional student-strength or requirement information. These details allow the SCANiD team to respond and discuss your institutional enquiry. Please do not submit student records or sensitive personal information.

Iris text and browser voice

Iris provides prepared answers from verified public SCANiD information. It cannot access private school accounts, live attendance, student location or camera feeds. Its current text conversation remains in the page and is not submitted to an AI chat service. The website assistant does not save chat history between pages.

Voice playback and speech recognition depend on your browser. Microphone recognition starts only when you choose Ask by voice; your browser may process audio through its own speech service. Browser and device permissions control microphone access. Closing Iris stops its voice and listening activity.

Website services and cookies

The site uses WordPress and supporting hosting, form and website services. Google analytics scripts are configured on the website to support measurement. These services may use cookies, device or network information according to their configuration and provider policies. WordPress also uses cookies for administrative sign-in. Browser settings let you manage or block cookies.

External links

WhatsApp, Google Drive, Maps and other external links take you to services with their own privacy practices. Opening a link is separate from sending a message or submitting an enquiry.
